We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s presence across various social media platforms. This role is responsible for design development SIT/UAT implementation and managing content strategies that drive engagement increase brand awareness generate website traffic and support overall marketing and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with weekly/monthly marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform content and platform choices.
Content Creation & Management
- Create curate and manage engaging content (text image video) for all social media platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter TikTok and others.
- Work on AI Design AI Videos and AI generated copywrites to produce high-quality content.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to audience comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage meaningful interactions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (reach engagement clicks conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite LinkedIn Insights Google Analytics etc.
- Provide monthly performance reports and insights to optimize strategies.
Campaign Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote products events job openings and campaigns via social media.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.) if required.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay current with social media trends algorithm changes tools and best practices.
- Propose innovative ideas to grow followers and increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Multimedia or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms trends and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Later).
- Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus (e.g. Canva Figma Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical multitasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience in paid social media advertising.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
- Understanding of brand positioning and tone of voice.
