the Opportunity
As a Leasing Consultant you will play a key role in creating an outstanding living experience for prospective and current residents. Youll guide individuals and families through their apartment search journey support lease signings and renewals and contribute to the success of your community through exceptional customer service and sales efforts.
Youll report to the Community Leader and work Tuesday through Saturday. This is a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in property management with a company thats committed to your development and success.
What Youll Do
Greet and assist prospective residents during tours
Promote apartment features and community amenities
Process lease applications and coordinate move-ins
Support residents with questions concerns and renewals
Help manage social media presence and community outreach
Partner with team members to drive leasing goals and retention
Uphold Fair Housing practices and company policies
This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills a passion for sales or service and a desire to grow in a collaborative people-first environment.

What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Background in sales hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication organization and computer skills
A friendly can-do attitude with a desire to grow professionally
