The Assistant Volleyball Coach is a full-time position responsible for assisting with the recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes. The position is responsible for assisting the Head Volleyball Coach with the day-to-day operations of the Volleyball program including coaching recruiting practice planning and preparation competition scheduling fundraising budgetary management strength & conditioning academic monitoring and other duties as assigned. The Assistant Volleyball Coach will also assist in the facilitation of program scheduling college and community relations and the academic achievement of the student-athletes. The position reports to the Head Volleyball Coach.

Essential Functions:
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree required.
Experience: Experience coaching at the colligate level. Demonstrated knowledge of SLIAC and NCAA rules and regulations governing recruitment eligibility and related functions is required.
Skills: Candidates should have an athletics philosophy compatible with a Division-III liberal arts college.
