Job Overview
As L&H Companies continues to grow we are seeking motivated and skilled Field Installation Technicians to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship teamwork and delivering high-quality results in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of sign types including illuminated and non-illuminated signage such as pylon pole monument channel letters ADA and interior lobby signage
- Operate with minimal supervision while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area at all times
- Interact courteously and professionally with clients contractors suppliers and team members
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License (CDL Class A or B preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of basic and advanced electrical safety practices
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work at varying heights
- Strong hand-eye coordination and general physical stamina
- Familiarity with construction hardware and hand/power tools
- Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and site plans
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel as needed
- Prior experience in sign installation or a related field is highly desirable
- Willingness to cross-train in other areas of the business
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong team player with a positive professional attitude
