As a Senior Analyst Corporate Strategy you will be instrumental in shaping Constant Contacts strategic direction and decision-making process to ensure the company remains competitive and achieves its objectives.
Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive strategic analysis combining qualitative research and quantitative assessments to support critical projects. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives and M&A activities while creating executive presentations briefs and fact packs to provide updates to leadership and the board of directors.
What youll do:
- Drive strategic analysis: Lead both qualitative and quantitative analysis in support of strategic initiatives. Example activities include market research competitive analysis financial modeling sensitivity analysis and data and tending analysis.
- Track strategic initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external teams to track strategic initiatives strategic partnership activities and M&A efforts.
- Develop executive presentation: Prepare presentations executive briefs and fact packs for executive and BoD updates.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Strategy Corporate Development or strategic consulting role preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment..
- Proven ability to develop executive and board presentations supported by an exceptional proficiency in synthesizing complex information with acute attention to detail.
- Proven experience with market research and competitive analysis with ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insights.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills including proven experience building robust financial models and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Exceptional ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environment demonstrating strong time management skills with ability to adapt with rapidly changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite). Think-Cell experience is preferred.
