Executive Administrative Specialist to the Technical Director

The Kleinfelder Technical Network (KTN) has three fundamental components to its mission and impact on the company:

The KTN structure is designed to accomplish these elements of the mission by clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of the individuals designated as KTN leadership. The Technical Director manages the KTN & the Technical Director Executive Administrative Specialist provides administrative support as described below.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of and manage internal and external company communication including website information and Teams sites
  • Support development and growth of the KTN and its leadership including the Technical Director Service Line Leadership Teams and the Communities of Practice
  • Support the Quality Program including incorporating edits to standards/procedures coordinating approvals of Quality Reviewers (QRs) and Independent Technical Reviewers (ITRs) and support for the Review Hub and Quality Good Catches. Develop Quality Flashes based on Quality Good Catches.
  • Support the review authorization and maintenance of various tasks under the KTN budget per direction of the Technical Director including External Organizations Standards and Software.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

Quality

  • Maintain ITR QR PM and Provisional processes approvals and staffing lists
  • Maintain and support the TGDs
  • Maintain and revise Quality Documents and presentations

KTN

  • Create new Team channels for CoPs
  • Maintain all KTN Team sites
  • Maintain KTN SharePoint pages and connections to KNET
  • Maintain any KTN documents flyers or presentations
  • Manage KTN graphics
  • Maintain Techstreet subscription
  • Maintain data for KTN External Organizations monthly
  • Add new Deltek project numbers for External Organizations
  • Coordinate with AAMs
  • Call in to CoP calls to learn about what is going on in KTN
  • Assist Technical Director during budget season collecting data from Deltek
  • Help Technical Director with special projects
  • Set up calls for KTN leadership and Technical Director
  • Help connect KTN leadership with Kleinfelder staff when asked
  • General contact person for all things KTN
