Entrata a leading property management software company is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sr. Data Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Lehi Utah. This role will play a pivotal part in driving data-driven decision-making through deep analysis reporting and insights generation across the Sales organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and other cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes performance tracking and forecasting. You can leverage your analytical skills to support strategic initiatives that fuel growth and improve operational efficiency. This role is designed for candidates who have already honed their technical skills working with data and are ready to take their careers to the next level.
This position is hybrid in UT. Will consider candidates who can be hybrid in our Dallas TX office as well.
Responsibilities will include:
Analyze sales performance metrics KPIs and pipeline trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and data visualizations that support daily weekly and monthly sales reporting.
Partner with Sales Leadership to define and measure success metrics for sales initiatives.
Provide actionable insights on sales funnel conversion territory performance and lead quality.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure data integrity across CRM and analytics platforms.
Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear concise and impactful manner.
Support strategic planning with scenario analysis market segmentation and opportunity sizing.
Continuously improve data collection transformation and modeling processes to enhance analytics capabilities.
Oversee and assist in data governance efforts around critical business applications data.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Statistics Data Science Economics or a related field.
5 years of experience in a data or business analytics role preferably in Sales Operations or a SaaS environment.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g. Domo Tableau Power BI Looker).
Strong understanding of CRM systems especially Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented organized and demonstrates an aptitude for leading out on driving initiatives resulting in innovative and scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
Experience working in or supporting a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Familiarity with predictive modeling machine learning or statistical analysis tools.
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and metrics (e.g. pipeline velocity win rates churn).
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Revenue Operations Marketing and Finance teams.
Experience working in system integrations and interoperability between key business platforms with best practices surrounding data integrity.
$88000 - $139000 a year
This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience skills and internal equity.
