Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions INC.is looking for Program Management Support
Description:
Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security in Program Management Support. The position is located in Springfield VA. Position requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.
In the Program Management Support role specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties:
- Oversee subordinate technical and administrative leads to ensure coordinated execution of tasks
- Conduct long-range planning across all aspects of program performance
- Manage responsibilities related to personnel security financial oversight and other delegated duties in support of the Lead Program Manager
- Report to a manager or head of a unit/department
- Work independently and within collaborative teams
- Contribute to moderately complex aspects of programs and projects
- Develop and apply advanced concepts tools and processes to support program goals
- Perform root cause analysis and develop technical solutions to identified problems
- Guide and mentor junior-level personnel in their roles and responsibilities
- Seek guidance when addressing new undefined or unstructured challenges
Required Qualifications:
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI with willingness to undergo a polygraph.
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Experience: 47 years in program/project management or government contract support. A Masters degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Necessary skills to work independently within skill level
- Experience with the following:
- Scoping level-of-effort for tasks and providing accurate cost and resource estimates
- Managing resources staffing and costs supporting a Government contract
- Developing and delivering contract deliverables
- Familiarity with organizational security solutions
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in related technical or scientific fields such as Systems Engineering Physics Mathematics Operations Research Computer Science Information Technology Business or related STEM degree
- Demonstrated experience with the IC and Federal Agencies
