Regional Marketing Manager
Lead a region with purposedriving regional growth strategies that directly impact our customers and the communities we serve to make a meaningful difference in the agriculture industry. In this role youll experience the satisfaction of building strong relationships mentoring high-performing teams and contributing to a company that values innovation integrity and excellence.
What youll do
- Lead the development and execution of regional grain procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Collaborate with sales operations and merchandising teams to deliver strong financial and customer outcomes.
- Analyze customer activity and market trends to grow and retain a loyal client base.
- Provide real-time insights on inventory pricing and competitive programs to senior leadership.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus.
What you bring to our team
- Proven leadership in grain procurement with experience in a management or mentorship role.
- Strong understanding of grain marketing financial analysis and customer relationship management.
- Ability to lead with both strategic vision and operational excellence.
- The capability to work on a variety of activities and tasks and be motivated by targets and achieving goals.
- Enthusiasm for interacting and building collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers
- Post-secondary education in Agriculture Agribusiness Business Administration Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
