You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Business Analyst Cards you will play a vital role in driving strategic Cards Projects. Your work will be central in ensuring the successful delivery of an end-to-end value proposition for consumer and business cards supporting international and domestic schemes in issuing and acquiring and EPI.
What will you do
Your responsibilities will include:
Translate business needs into clear specifications for innovative card solutions.
Analyze existing banking processes to optimize card-related systems and operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective delivery of card product enhancements.
Lead testing and UAT to validate new card features and systems.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and build consensus for card initiatives.
Bridge communication between business and technology on card project scope and risks.
Support the adoption of new card systems providing training and ongoing assistance.
Create comprehensive business documentation and reports.
Your skills & qualifications
2 years experience in business Analysis & working project-based
Knowledge Card Processing Systems including issuing & Payments
General knowledge Financial Services Sector
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Bachelor or Master Degree
Diplomatic and strong stakeholder management skills
Structured approach and goal-oriented
Fluency in Dutch or French plus English
