Being the primary liaison for prospects engaging with them through variouschannels to expand our client base and enhance MultiMinds market presence.
Focusing on strategic growth initiatives leveraging your commercial insight andindustry knowledge to contribute to the overall success of MultiMinds.
Collaborating closely with our Sales Manager and cross-functional teamsincluding Marketing Data Analysts Data Engineers and Project Managers toidentify opportunities and drive effective business outcomes.
As a Sales Growth Expert you will play a pivotal role in fostering our client base and reinforcing our market position. Your daily activities will include:
Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and engage potential clients within various sectors driving the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement: Prepare for and participate in meetings with potential and existing clients ensuring a tailored approach to their needs and goals.
Sales Strategy Contribution: Work alongside our Sales Manager to refine sales processes and strategies utilising your insights and analytical skills to improve outcomes.
Presentation and Proposal Development: Craft compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of MultiMinds offerings.
Sales Analytics: Ensure accurate tracking and management of client interactions and sales activities within our CRM system

Experience: 2 years or more of B2B sales experience ideally in online marketing solutions or digital products. Familiarity with the data/digital landscape is highly desirable.
Skill Set: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) strong analytical and presentation skills and an ability to adapt sales strategies to evolving market trends.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken. Proficiency in French is a strong plus.
