As a Client Services Associate at CMC Markets youll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of Canstars Most Satisfied Customers award.

Based in our vibrant Chatswood office youll dive into the fast-paced world of financial services. Youll gain invaluable experience develop your skills and lay the foundation for a thriving career in the industry whilst participating in our career development pathway.

What youll be working on

As our new Client Services Associate youll:

• Be the voice of CMC Markets responding to client queries via phone email live chat and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm

Your experience and expertise directly impacts the satisfaction of our clients as millions of their trades are successfully executed annually.

What will help you be successful

• Youll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a client-centric environment.
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
• Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.

Previous customer service experience is a plus but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
