About the role
As an Intensive Therapeutic Case Manager you will play a pivotal role in providing holistic support to young people in need. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with young people who are experiencing a range of emotional behavioural and psychological difficulties.
To be successful in this role you will have experience working with Children & Young People in out of home care and an understanding of trauma and its effects on children and young people. This is a hybrid working role and regular travel across Grafton Lismore and Tweed Heads is a requirement of this position.
