- Must possess a valid drivers license and meet company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements.

In this supervisory role youll lead by examplecombining frontline leadership with hands-on work in the inspection testing and maintenance of Blowout Preventer (BOP) equipment and related systems. Youll be the go-to resource for ensuring smooth operations in both the shop and thefield. From overseeing daily tasks and mentoring junior technicians to executing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting critical issues your role is key to keeping our equipmentand peoplerunning at peak performance. What Youll Do: - Lead and participate in preventative maintenance pressure testing and repair of well control equipment
- Ensure work is performed safely and meets HSE and industry standards (API OEM)
- Supervise and assign daily work to technicians based on schedule and priorities
- Review timecards validate job hours and confirm completion of work orders
- Record and submit pressure test data verify documentation accuracy
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems valves and BOPs in both shop and field environments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and reinforce safety/QMS standards
- Train and mentor newer technicians on best practices and documentation
- Monitor inventory and help request critical parts and supplies
- Serve as after-hours contact for field support as part of an on-call rotation
- Participate in safety meetings audits and lead in themanagers absence
- Take on additional tasks or projects as assigned
