Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative I (ISR I) is responsible for driving new business growth by selling EnlivenHealth solutions to single-store independent pharmacies. This role focuses on identifying qualifying and closing new opportunities while supporting existing accounts. The ISR I collaborates cross-functionally with Digital Experience and Solution Sales teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Source new leads via cold calling campaigns and social media outreach.
- Qualification:Evaluate leads for alignment with EnlivenHealths target market and offerings.
- Sales Execution:Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries.
- Product Expertise:Attain product knowledge and certification to effectively communicate value propositions.
- CRM Utilization:Maintain accurate records in Salesforce including lead tracking forecasting and customer interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Sales Management Enablement Marketing Digital Experience and Solution Sales teams.
- Performance Metrics:Meet or exceed daily weekly monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Brand Representation:Uphold and promote EnlivenHealths mission values and vision.
- Team Engagement:Actively contribute to team meetings 1:1s and collaborative initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 02 years of sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce Gong Zoom or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles

- Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy industry terminology
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Working Conditions
Office-based role in Ft. Worth TX
Occasional travel may be required for meetings or conferences
