Inside Sales Representative I (ISR I)

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative I (ISR I) is responsible for driving new business growth by selling EnlivenHealth solutions to single-store independent pharmacies. This role focuses on identifying qualifying and closing new opportunities while supporting existing accounts. The ISR I collaborates cross-functionally with Digital Experience and Solution Sales teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Source new leads via cold calling campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Qualification:Evaluate leads for alignment with EnlivenHealths target market and offerings.
  • Sales Execution:Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of inquiries.
  • Product Expertise:Attain product knowledge and certification to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • CRM Utilization:Maintain accurate records in Salesforce including lead tracking forecasting and customer interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Sales Management Enablement Marketing Digital Experience and Solution Sales teams.
  • Performance Metrics:Meet or exceed daily weekly monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Brand Representation:Uphold and promote EnlivenHealths mission values and vision.
  • Team Engagement:Actively contribute to team meetings 1:1s and collaborative initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 02 years of sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Gong Zoom or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of sales principles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy industry terminology
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Working Conditions

Office-based role in Ft. Worth TX

Occasional travel may be required for meetings or conferences
