I. Job Summary
Presents the full line of WM services to prospective WM customers or assigned area of responsibility. Manages existing revenues and develops revenue opportunities within an established geographical territory. Meets or exceeds individual sales goals for new business with industrial and hazardous waste customers.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Must live and work in the US.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelors Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree or High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience required.
Experience: 3 years of both inbound and outbound sales experience required (in addition to education requirement).
Preferred Experience: Working knowledge of composting soil science and organics recycling processes familiarity with the various soil specification and familiarity with construction and landscaping project requirements (e.g. soil specs LEED credits erosion control).
B. Certificates Licenses Registrations or Other Requirements
Clean motor vehicle record.

The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $83710 - $101420. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work location. In addition this position is eligible for incentive pay.
