In this highly professional management position you will play a vital role in overseeing administrative and supervisory responsibilities for the clinical services provided to adjudicated youth at the BJJS Youth Development Center/Youth Forestry Camp. Your main focus will be on the rehabilitation and social development of court-committed adjudicated delinquent youth and you will be responsible for constantly reviewing analyzing evaluating and improving clinical treatment programs. This will require ensuring that all programs are in compliance with BJJS and Department of Human Services policies and procedures. Furthermore you will have the important task of supervising both supervisory and non-supervisory staff members ensuring that they are effectively carrying out their duties to the highest standard.
