The Communications Assistant will develop deliver and maintain communications products and processes focused on food security and early warning topics to support the FEWS NET Learning and Data Hub. The Communications Assistant will focus on communications and social media activities for external audiences supporting messaging and content creation across platforms for consistent delivery of high-quality communications representing FEWS NET as a whole. In addition the Communications Assistant will contribute to regular project reporting and general communications tasks. The Communications Assistant achieves this through expertise in communications practices technical writing graphic design and software applications supporting online communications learning and documentation.
This position may be based remotely within the U.S. or from one of AIRs U.S. office locations (excluding U.S. territories).
