We are looking for a fired up sous chef to join our team. If you enjoy working in a busy vibrant environment were we prioritise fresh homemade sourdough pizza get in touch today.
Youll easily find us right in the heart of the city on Bristols Harbourside. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. Were the epitome of warehouse chic our exposed brick walls terracotta floors and open kitchen make our waterfront location the perfect spot for a drink and bite to eat after a day exploring the city. We also have a bit of a reputation for being one of the hottest live music venues in town.
We will be opening up again over the next few months and want to create a great team of people who can work hard and take pride in what they do. As a senior kitchen member you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and also running your own shifts in a professional and organised way.
Other duties will include managing stock via ordering weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with writing rotas invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
