Were hiring a freelance Online Content Editor fluent in Danish German and English to join our remote team on a 12-month contract. Youll focus on reviewing and curating digital content for users in Denmark and Germany shaping the mobile news experience by selecting high-quality locally relevant articles from across the web.
Youll use your editorial judgment regional knowledge and cultural awareness to create engaging policy-compliant news feeds that reflect what matters most to local audiences.
What youll bring:
- Full professional fluency in Danish German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong editorial judgment and understanding of digital media trends
- Deep familiarity with current affairs culture and media landscapes in Denmark and Germany
- Experience in journalism editing content curation or digital publishing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confidence navigating CMS platforms and digital editorial tools
In this role you will:
- Curate news and lifestyle content for users in Denmark and Germany
- Select articles from a wide range of trusted sources that are timely engaging and compliant
- Balance content mix across verticals (e.g. politics entertainment health tech)
- Monitor breaking news and regional trends in real time
- Apply editorial guidelines to ensure accuracy diversity and relevance
