BlaBlaCar is the worlds leading community-based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices 30% working fully remotely.
Your Mission
We are looking for an Authorization Intern to join the Network team (Western Europe Bus) at BlaBlaCar in September 2025. In Europe bus transport is subject to obtaining authorization (domestic and international). These authorizations are accepted within 2 to 4 months from the ministries of the French and European Countries. As part of the preparation of the 2026 network an increased number of authorizations will have to be sent. The mission of the team is to design the network set it up and ensure the quality of the service provided.
You will be reporting to the Bus Authorisations & Compliance Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing domestic declarations and the authorization planning for the network 2026
- Producing documents for authorization application for 2026: maps timetables driver schedule
- Managing the day-to-day authorization: updating the data tools storing authorization papers drafting and updating application processes monitoring automation projects and communicating on new authorizations delivered by the authorities.
- Performing administrative duties: drafting letters making files and paperwork sending out emails etc.
- Discovering the operated buses professions: Authorizations Network planner Station team (opportunity to spend a day at our Paris Bercy station) Revenue Manager and Bus Partner Manager
Your qualifications
- You have a first experience handling administrative tasks
- You are familiar with Advanced Excel and Word Google Drive (GG sheet and docs)
- Meticulously precise and organized with a self-reliant and adaptable approach
- Full working proficiency in French & English
- Fit with our BlaBlaPrinciples

- Ability to take ownership aligned with business priorities
- Nice to have : Legal knowledge is a plus - one should understand the regulations
- Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory. We wont be able to proceed with your application otherwise.
