What is the purpose of the role
To generate sales within the assigned geographical area in order to achieve the revenue targets for Ishida Europe products and services.

What skills are we looking for
To be successful in this role you must have a strong understanding of technical and engineering products along with proven experience in a B2B sales environment. Youll need a solid track record of converting enquiries into confirmed orders and the ability to build and maintain relationships that lead to long-term repeat business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as youll be expected to confidently convey and absorb complex information. Fluency in both English and German written and spoken is a must. Additionally you should be comfortable working with sales processes and system tools and capable of navigating structured sales frameworks effectively.
The ideal candidate must have a proactive customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for technical sales. Youll thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment be highly organised and take pride in delivering a smooth and professional customer journey from initial enquiry to final order. Your ability to understand client needs communicate clearly and offer practical solutions will be key to your success in this role.
