The role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Team Lead to join and oversee our 2nd level technical support operations for the department.
As the Technical Support Team Lead youll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth operations across our computer network providing both onsite and remote support to users spread across multiple locations and platforms. From troubleshooting technical issues to handling escalated requests from customers youll play a pivotal role in maintaining our computer systems efficiency and reliability.
As the leader of a team of dedicated technical specialists you will lead by example providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure they can always apply up-to-date solutions and the delivery of exceptional services and support.
