Summary/objective
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Turnkey Installation Coordinator to manage and execute value-add installation projects for compressed air equipment. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of installation projects where customers elect to outsource the full scope of work including electrical ductwork rigging and mechanical installations.
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with internal piping and capital teams 3rd-party contractors account managers and service teams to ensure all projects are completed on time within budget and to customer expectations.
Essential functions
- Develop detailed scopes of work and cost estimates for turnkey installation projects involving compressed air equipment.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the installation project from planning to execution including scheduling budgeting resource allocation and customer coordination.
- Select engage and manage third-party contractors for electrical and ductwork components of each project. Ensure contractor compliance with scope safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with the internal mechanical piping and capital teams to align scheduling installation requirements and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer internal teams (sales service) and contractors. Provide regular updates and post-installation follow-up with the local sales representative.
- Ensure that all required documentation permits and safety procedures are completed and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency reduce cost and enhance the customer experience during turnkey installations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management ideally in industrial or mechanical environments.
- Familiarity with electrical piping ductwork and rigging work in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong communication coordination and organizational skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams contractors and customers.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Preferred education and experience
- Associate degree (2-year) preferably in engineering construction management or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
- Experience working with or managing mechanical or general contractors.
- Engineering or mechanical background is a strong plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation blueprints.
- Experience working in the compressed air HVAC or industrial equipment sector.
