As we continue to grow were looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampa!
In this role youll be the friendly voice that helps our customers with their inquiries and needs. Youll have the chance to build relationships solve problems and share exciting product offerings all while working in a fun and supportive atmosphere!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Understand and assess customer needs to make personalized recommendations.
- Process orders with accuracy and efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle any questions or concerns with a positive can-do attitude.
- Document interactions and maintain records in our systems.
Requirements - A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including experience with CRM systems.
- A genuine passion for helping people and providing exceptional service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus!
