Hybrid: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Compensation: Budgeted between $30.72 and $35 dependent upon years of applicable experience
Responsibilities:
Attend sales calls to present payer contracting and enrollment services assisting the sales team in addressing client needs.
Serve as the subject matter expert in payer contracting providing insights and strategic guidance to clients.
Negotiate and execute insurance payer contracts ensuring favorable terms and alignment with client business goals.
Research insurance payer requirements and regulations to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Analyze payer market data to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Advise clients on business strategies to secure appropriate payer contracts and optimize financial performance.
Conduct webinars and write articles to share industry knowledge and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and deliver high-quality services.

Travel:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Seven years of proven experience in payer contracting enrollment services or healthcare consulting.
Strong understanding of insurance payer requirements market trends and negotiation strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting market data to inform strategic recommendations.
