Hybrid: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Job Type: Full time

Compensation: Budgeted between $30.72 and $35 dependent upon years of applicable experience

Responsibilities:

  • Attend sales calls to present payer contracting and enrollment services assisting the sales team in addressing client needs.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in payer contracting providing insights and strategic guidance to clients.

  • Negotiate and execute insurance payer contracts ensuring favorable terms and alignment with client business goals.

  • Research insurance payer requirements and regulations to provide accurate guidance to clients.

  • Analyze payer market data to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

  • Advise clients on business strategies to secure appropriate payer contracts and optimize financial performance.

  • Conduct webinars and write articles to share industry knowledge and best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and deliver high-quality services.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Travel:

  • Little to no travel.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Seven years of proven experience in payer contracting enrollment services or healthcare consulting.

  • Strong understanding of insurance payer requirements market trends and negotiation strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting market data to inform strategic recommendations.
