- Complex Challenges to Solve: Prepare moderately complex to intricate personal and business tax returns while developing solutions for clients toughest tax scenarios.
- Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Identify anticipate and resolve tax issues offering actionable strategic recommendations to clients and the team.
- Lead the Way: Mentor and guide preparers offering constructive feedback and helping develop their skills in tax preparation and planning.

Who You Are:
- Credentialed Expert: Youre a CPA or actively pursuing certification showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field.
- Experienced Professional: You have 3-5 years of tax preparation experience including strong familiarity with complex returns.
- Tax Knowledge Extraordinaire: Your expertise in tax preparation research planning compliance and regulations sets you apart.
- Collaborative Communicator: You possess outstanding human relations written and oral communication skills that foster strong teamwork and client relationships.
- Ethical Leader: You adhere to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in line with IRS Circular 230 Regulations and the AICPA Professional Code of Conduct.

Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $70000 to $90000 based on factors like experience qualifications and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Pay will be prorated based on the seasonal workload.
