Situated in the heart of the picturesque town of Paris Ontario Rivers Edge is surrounded by an array of stone buildings and scenic views making it a truly memorable spot. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a professional bartender role and enjoys entertaining and weddings. We offer part time opportunities during evenings both midweek and weekends. This is a great role for those who are looking to balance other work and/or school commitments in a fast paced exciting environment.
THE BARTENDERS AT RIVERS EDGE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Get to know the guests; be able to comfortably answer any questions a guest may have; ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Ensure cleanliness of the bars and surrounding area
- Ensure that bars are well-stocked with all necessary materials
- Make a difference in the lives of each and every one of our guests and clients through directly contributing to the creation of everlasting memories
- Exercise good judgment and demonstrate leadership abilities to inspire the actions of your fellow co-workers and drive positive change in the organization

BARTENDER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Friendly professional and customer service focused
- Positive outgoing and friendly team player
- Ability to build rapport quickly with guests
- Thorough knowledge of mixology and/or prior bartending experience a strong asset
- Smart Serve Certification required
