Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our family-owned BMW dealerships team. If you have a passion for premium automotive brands and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast courteous and professional service by taking and processing parts orders from technicians retail customers and wholesale accounts via telephone online and at the counter
- Assist with parts inquiries proactively solicit orders and provide accurate pricing and availability
- Prepare purchase orders for parts and sublet work from outside vendors obtaining management approval when required
- Maintain accurate records of all special-order parts and promptly notify the appropriate team members upon receipt
- Manage customer back-orders and ensure special-order inventory is stored in a clean and organized manner
- Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged stored and processed in accordance with claims procedures
- Support regular inventory control processes including periodic and perpetual counts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Parts Counter experience
- Ability to work effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred
