Salary banding: 2000-2400$ (net)
Duty Station: Physical presence in Ukraine or work from abroad remotely
Part 1: Role Purpose:
Street Child is seeking a person who is eager to be involved in supporting the response to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine caused by Russian military assault. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a member of a well-established international organisation and its growing team in Ukraine.
The role will require a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to focus on resource mobilisation through communication with potential donors and sponsors both in Ukraine and abroad for creation of new opportunities attracting financial resources for expansion of projects and goals of Street Child Ukraine. The person will be responsible for creating a strategy of engagement and fundraising with donors including corporations businesses humanitarian development donors and foreign entities and leveraging visibility of Street Child Ukraine. The person will be closely engaging with Country Director programmes teams in Ukraine Communication and Fundraising teams in Street Childs London UK headquarters.
We are looking for candidates with a can-do attitude and previous experience in resource mobilisation and partnership. They should be a good storyteller have the ability to write clearly and be proficient in Ukrainian and English. This is a demanding role and is suited to individuals who enjoy being busy and involved in different exciting projects aiming to support the children affected by war. In return it is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in a globally-renowned international humanitarian NGO.
