We are looking for 2 individuals to join our team to lead a team in providing an excellent cleaning service in our student and commercial guest accommodation.
The Opportunity:
In this role you will be a part of the busy cleaning team based primarily in student accommodation. You will interact with a wide range of customers on a daily basis throughout the year. During the academic year your key customers will be our student residents and you will be assisting them with settling into their new homes as well as ensuring a clean-living environment. During the summer vacation period you may be involved in the set up and servicing of rooms for commercial guests.
This post is full time working 35 hours per week. Normal hours of work are on a rota basis between 8am 6pm working 5 days out of 7. Weekend working is required especially during commercial and summer periods.
To be eligible to apply for this role you should have previous supervisory experience be able to follow written and verbal instructions have excellent time management skills as well as be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers.
The salary for this post is23414 - 25448per annum.
