Since launching in late 2023 weve built a powerful network of over 200 senior executives from across UK energy sector and hosted headline-making events featuring figures like Gordon Brown. Now were scaling fastand were looking for a high-performing sales professional to help us lead the charge.

What Youll Do

  • As a Membership Business Development Executive youll be at the forefront of our commercial growth. Youll:
  • Support and grow a high-value sales pipelinefrom prospecting lead generation to qualification.
  • Drive new business by targeting C-suite executives across the energy sector.
  • Own Insights and opportunity: by supporting BDMs for pitch meetings preparing background and proposition that will be most impactful to prospective client.
  • Close with impact: working in collaboration with the BDM team on supporting closing process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing community and online trading teams to refine our offering and deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Represent E-FWD at high-profile events building relationships and uncovering new opportunities.


Requirements

What Were Looking For

Youre not just a salespersonyoure a relationship builder a connector and have a passion to shape the future of energy media and events. You bring:

  • Proven success in B2B sales ideally in subscriptions memberships or professional services.
  • Mastery of the sales cycle from cold outreach to consultative selling and closing.
  • Energy and resilience to own your success and growth in the role.
  • CRM fluency and a data-driven mindset to manage and optimize your pipeline. (we use HubSpot)
  • Account management skills with a focus on renewals upselling and long-term value.
  • Confidence and charismayoure comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and tailoring your pitch to their needs.
  • A passion for energy innovation and transformationand a desire to be part of something evolving.
