We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to drive and coordinate strategic initiatives in the environment of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Business Data Cloud (BDC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management collaboration and communication ensuring the success of various delivery units.
Drive and coordinate strategic initiatives in the environment ofSAP BTP and Business Data Cloud.
Collaborate with several parties including internal teams clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Communicate and connect with different delivery units fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure the success of strategic initiatives by monitoring progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Educational Background: Master or Diploma in Business Administration or International Management
Proven experience in driving and coordinating strategic initiatives preferably in an environment with complex stakeholder structures
Excellent collaboration in an intercultural environment and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders from different region.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
Proficiency in German and English both written and spoken.
Strong background in marketing product management or sales would be beneficial
