Hilton Hawaiian Village is hiring for Guest Room Attendant to join the Vacation Ownership housekeeping team.
- Classification: Full-Time
- Shifts: Full availability must be able to work morning evening overnight weekends and holidays
- Wage Rate: $25.20 to $31.50
Hilton Hawaiian Village is Waikikis only true resort destination located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki. Our guests have access to the Duke Kahanamoku Beach & Lagoon the world-famous stretch of pristine white sands and azure waters as well as five sparkling pools which include a 10000-square-foot Super Pool and the multi-layered Paradise Pool featuring dramatic waterfalls and one of the only water slides in Waikiki. The property has 2860 rooms and also features 17 food and beverage outlets as well as 156k sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor banquet space!
What will I be doing
As a Room Attendant you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Clean guest rooms as assigned including but not limited to making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Perform guest turn down service as needed
