Were looking for licensed estheticians or cosmetologists who love waxing love people and want to be part of something special. As a Cerologist (our name for certified waxing experts) youll deliver top-notch service build real relationships with clients and work alongside a supportive team.
- Provide expert waxing services that follow brand standards
- Help clients feel confident comfortable and well taken care of
- Keep treatment rooms clean stocked and professional
- Recommend products and memberships that support each clients needs
- Build loyal client relationships and help bring in new ones
- Support studio marketing effortssocial media events partnerships
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Be a team playerreliable respectful and ready to grow
- Current Florida Esthetician or Cosmetologist license (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A strong work ethic and a real passion for waxing and helping people feel their best
- Clear confident communication and a professional attitude with clients and teammates
- Comfortable educating clients on our services products and membership options
- Motivated to build and retain a solid book of businesswere looking for team members who take ownership of their success
- Dependable respectful and willing to grow through feedback
