Job Description
- Adheres to Brodstone Healthcares Mission Vision and Values.
- Follows written and verbal instructions from maintenance technicians and supervisor.
- Cuts lawns trims edges around sidewalks flower beds and walls.
- Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves branches or twigs.
- Sprays lawn shrubs and trees with fertilizer herbicides and insecticides. Rakes and bags leaves.
- Plants grass trees and flowers. Waters lawn by proper setting of underground sprinkler system. Waters shrubs with garden hose as needed.
- Cleans grounds and removes litter.
- Keeps work tools sharpened and cleaned.
- Cleans work area machines tools and equipment.
- Assist with carrying supplies from one department to another department.
- Performs trash removal and waste disposal according to established procedures.
- Adheres to all safety precautions.
- Other duties as assigned
