As a Guest Experience Director youll recruit equip and pastor Campus Dream Team Coordinators and Team Leaders in reaching their full potential. Youll get to create establish and maintain campus-specific and global strategies as the team grows to ensure culture and vision of Union Church is preserved all while keeping up with the church calendar and tempo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Youll assist in the overall leadership of the campus invest and develop volunteer leaders and teams who ensure all worship experiences are carried out with excellence.
• Youll oversee the following teams: host greeters parking safety prayer stewardship and events

MUST-HAVES

• High-level communication and relational strengths
• Ability to make sound critical decisions under pressure
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
• Great attention to detail and time-management skills

ADDITIONAL MUST-HAVES

• • Bachelors degree in related field (or relevant work experience)
  • 3-5 years of work experience in field
  • 3-5 years of experience leading teams of diverse skillsets

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Management experience
• Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit
• Proficient in Google Drive Suite

ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS

• Flexible schedule. (Workweek is Sunday-Thursday. Frequent night and weekend availability will be requested)

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand for 30 minutes.

Union Church offers a generous compensation package.
