As a Project Manager in the Service Product Group you enhance and optimize product delivery to customers. You manage processes and create efficiencies for successful implementations. Your role involves leading end-to-end processes and liaising with stakeholders to ensure organized and expedient delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes.
- Manage change activities across functional partners.
- Effectively manage timelines and dependencies.
- Work with APO for roadmap planning.
- Define Area Product Scope and Deliverables.
- Aggregate understanding of co-supplier needs.
- Manage risk controls compliance and agile controls.
- Ensure JIRA hygiene.
- Manage product intake and demand.
- Update product status on Confluence.
- Maintain product backlog health.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 6 years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
