The Service Users: 6 Bedroom Trauma and Neglect age 7 to 17 on admission

Working Week and Pay:
Managerial/On-Shift Time: 50/50 split (20 hours each; 40 hours/week 173 hours/month).
Overtime: Paid.
Salary: 31750 to 36000 for 40 hours (50 per sleep completed).
Additional Pay:
250 for completing Therapeutic Training and in-house delivery.
Bonuses for achieving Ofsted outcomes and service milestones.

Requirements / Non-Negotiables:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Residential Childcare with young people.
Age: At least 22 years old (childrens homes regulations).
Driving: A valid driving licence is required.
