Job Description
We currently have an opportunity fora Building Services Supervisor. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in managing and supervising building services in Perth. Reporting to the Procurement & Subcontractor Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Supervising Planned or Quoted work to vacant or tenanted properties.
- Supervising Technical Services delivery and Defect Works.
- Work Order Management and scope validations.
- Investigation and reporting of incidents within client and internal timeframes required.
- Completion of targeted site inspections and audits on subcontractors internal staff and processes.
- Effectively communicate as a key client contact to help build Client relationships in a collaborative manner.
What Youll Bring
- Registered Building Practitioner License under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA).
- Relevant Trade License or suitable practical experience.
- Validation of Scopes of Work
- Supervision and monitoring of subcontractors.
- Managing client relationships.
- Experience in MS office suites in particular Microsoft Excel word and Outlook.
- Mobile devices and technology proficient ie: tablets and laptop computers
