Job Description
Job Title: Application Support Engineer / Production Support
Job Location: Pittsburgh PA or Lake Mary Florida
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in scripting or programming languages like Python Perl Shell scripting etc
- Experience Windows / UNIX/Linux operating systems
- Experience in Deployment & Strong debugging skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Management/Support Knowledge on file transfer protocols Ex: (SFTP HTTPS AS2) and encryption types Ex: (PGP).
- Knowledge of automation tools & frameworks such as Selenium Ansible is plus.
- Experience in working with Securities & Financial services industry
- Should have Good Communication
- Should be willing to work on Weekends/Off office hours on need basis.
