Job Description
We have an immediate opening for an Entry Level Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic in Indianapolis IN. This role is ideal for an apprentice or technician recently graduated from technical school looking to enter the construction equipment repair industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance inspections and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy equipment.
Identify and repair mechanical hydraulic and electrical issues.
Conduct preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
1-2 years of hands-on experience as a heavy equipment mechanic repairing construction equipment.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines hydraulics and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and diagnostic tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.

Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday to Friday.
Hydraulic repair, Electrical repair, engine diagnostics, and repairs, and undercarriage repairs.
