Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data analytics and infrastructure automation using Terraform. The candidate will play a key role in building scalable data solutions implementing secure cloud services and driving actionable insights through analytics.
Requirements
Design develop and maintain scalable Python applications for data processing and analytics.
Utilize GCP services including IAM BigQuery Cloud Storage Pub/Sub and others.
Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Collaborate with analytics teams to transform data into valuable business insights.
Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform (IaC).
Ensure data quality integrity and governance across all systems.
Participate in architectural decisions code reviews and agile ceremonies.
Required Skills and Experience:
5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Python development.
Proficient in the Pandas library for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong working knowledge of GCP (especially IAM BigQuery Cloud Functions Cloud Storage).
Experience in designing and deploying data analytics and ETL pipelines.
Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from large datasets.
Understanding of best practices around data quality security and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MongoDB is an advantage.
GCP Certification (e.g. Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect).
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
