Job Description
Job Title: Oracle Finance Product Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle ERP Financial modules including:
- Credit Management
- Accounts Receivable
- Advanced Collections
- Cash Applications
- Accounts Payable
- Cash Management
- Core Accounting/Finance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to Oracle ERP processes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and end-user experience.
- Support ERP testing efforts including unit testing integration testing and UAT.
- Lead or contribute to cutover planning go-live support and post-implementation activities.
- Provide support for ERP system integrations and customizations in a technically informed functionally focused manner.
- Assist in driving change management initiatives across ERP-related projects and enhancements.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP specifically in financial modules.
- Strong functional knowledge with a solid technical understanding of Oracle ERP architecture integrations and customizations.
- Proven ability to work through requirement gathering testing and deployment of ERP solutions.
- Experience with cutover and change management processes in ERP environments.
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the staffing industry preferably Healthcare staffing is highly desirable.
- Prior involvement in ERP upgrades process automation or financial system transformations is a plus.
- Change management certification or experience is advantageous.
