We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead to design develop and manage integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills extensive hands-on experience with APIs and a deep understanding of integration patterns. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration architecture lead technical delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for MuleSoft and API-led connectivity within the organization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Provide technical leadership code reviews and mentorship to integration developers.
- Manage API lifecycle: design build test deploy and monitor APIs and integrations.
- Work with architects to define system architecture and integration patterns.
- Ensure all integration solutions adhere to security compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for MuleSoft applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple systems and platforms.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes standards and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft including Mule 4 and Anypoint Studio.
- 2 years in a technical lead or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs RAML SOAP and JSON/XML data formats.
- Experience with API management orchestration and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of integration design patterns such as sync/async messaging queuing etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Git Jenkins Maven etc..
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Salesforce integrations is a plus.
- MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect) preferred.
