Location Preference: Western Suburbs (Bandra to Borivali) or Central Line up to Ghatkopar/Thane
Employment Type: Full-time
Budget: 7 8 LPA
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description:
We are seeking two dynamic Assistant Managers Sales with proven experience in the real estate sector. Ideal candidates must have a track record of handling premium residential projects strong client servicing abilities and deep knowledge of the Western Suburb market from Bandra to Borivali.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for premium residential projects

Engage with Channel Partners (CPs) and build lasting relationships

Manage walk-ins site visits and closure of deals

Deliver excellent client experiences with high-level communication and presentation skills
.

Generate revenue through active lead follow-up and conversion

Work closely with the marketing and CRM teams to align efforts and ensure conversion
Desired Candidate Profile:

4 7 years of real estate sales experience with leading developers or channel partners

Strong network and contacts in the Western Suburb market

Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

Ability to handle high-ticket size transactions and premium clientele

Candidates must be from Western Line or Central Line up to Ghatkopar/Thane only
