Senior CRM Consultant Oracle Service Cloud RightNow - Adelaide
We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Service Cloud RightNow to lead and support CRM solutions within a complex and integrated IT environment. You will play a key role in the design configuration and support of customer experience platforms ensuring high data integrity seamless integrations and excellent user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design configure administer and support Oracle Service Cloud RightNow CRM systems
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
- Work with large volumes of data to ensure high data quality accuracy and reporting performance
- Collaborate with business users to refine requirements and develop integration solutions
- Quickly integrate into cross-functional teams and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives
- Operate independently with strong time management and accountability
- Lead mentor and support junior IT team members to uplift team capability
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience with Oracle Service Cloud RightNow CRM platform
- Experience in delivering and supporting CRM systems in integrated enterprise-scale environments
- Strong skills in data quality management data analysis and CRM reporting
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and design fit-for-purpose CRM solutions
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability in IT teams
