Job Description
Position: Business Analyst - Finance Process Re-engineering
Locations: Bangalore Chennai Hyderabad Pune Mumbai Gurgaon
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Experience: 8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Finance Process Reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Support Finance and Reporting Transformation projects
- Identify and implement Risk & Controls frameworks
- Conduct workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
- Perform Customer Journey Mapping and write detailed User Stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience in Finance domain with strong understanding of process transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience in risk and control assessment methodologies
- Currently working in a Business Analyst role (mandatory)
