Ensure full compliance with the Factories Act Shops & Establishment Act
CLRA PF ESIC and other statutory requirements.
Oversee all HR operations including recruitment onboarding attendance
payroll inputs documentation and exit processes.
Handle employee relations grievance redressal and disciplinary
procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
Work closely with plant leadership to support manpower planning
organizational development and change management.
Drive the performance management cycle including goal setting
appraisals and development planning.
Identify training needs and implement relevant training & development
programs (technical soft skills statutory).
Lead employee engagement welfare initiatives and retention strategies
across all levels.
Manage contract labor and ensure vendor compliance with labor
regulations.
Support continuous improvement of HR policies processes and systems in
alignment with company goals.
Provide regular HR reports dashboards and updates to management and
coordinate with the corporate HR team.
Desired profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/IR with 12 years of experience in plant HR
(manufacturing only).
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and hands-on experience in statutory
compliance.
Experience in managing both blue- and white-collar workforce effectively.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work closely with leadership and contribute to strategic people
decisions at the plant level.
