Job Description
Professional Summary:
- Experienced Business Analyst with 13 years of expertise in business process analysis stakeholder collaboration and agile project delivery. Capable of bridging business and technical domains to deliver solutions that meet complex organizational goals.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive analyses (e.g. as-is/to-be gap and impact analysis).
- Excellent Business writing skills including extensive writing of Business Requirements Document (BRD) Functional Requirements Document (FRD) Non-Functional Requirements Document (NFRD) and System Requirements Specification (SRS).
- Proficient in networking with individuals at various levels while organizing conducting and facilitating requirement gathering sessions such as survey/questionnaires interviews brainstorming focus group requirement workshops document analysis and JAD sessions.
- In depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle process which includes Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in UML (Use Case Diagrams User Stories Sequence Diagrams and Activity Diagrams) as a business analysis methodology to define the Business Model

Proficient in all cycles of test and defect management life cycle from Test Case creation Test planning defect tracking managing defects life cycle and responsible for test deliverables status reporting issue escalation and defect trend analysis. Earned Hands on Experience in planning UAT (User Acceptance Testing) in both functional and manual testing.
